After you place your order, within 24 hours you will receive an e-mail from PayPal with purchase information and how to submit your payment.

After I receive confirmation that your payment is verified and processed, I will ship your item(s) as described below in shipping information.

ALL items are shipped via USPS "Insured" for your protection. When your item(s) are shipped you will receive a tracking number from USPS.

IN STOCK items will ship within 3 business days once payment is verified. CUSTOM Items are shipped within 7 to 10 calendar days once payment is verified.

You will receive e-mail verification of product shipment with my contact information if you have questions or concerns.

Return Policy: Items can be returned for refund less shipping and handling (if applicable) within 10 business days from date of purchase. Items MUST be returned in the original packaging and in original condition. You are responsible for return shipping and insurance cost. All returns must be authorized by Joyous Creations.
